At juwelierdevaal.com, we always ship your order via PostNL. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Your package will be delivered twice on working days within 24 hours. If the package has not been delivered after two attempts, you can collect it from the nearest post office.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product's value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packed for return.

Exceptions to Returns
There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal. For example, sealed products whose seal has been broken are not returnable. Also, personalized products such as those with engravings or products with signs of use such as scratches are not returnable.
Warranty
Our warranty is equal to the manufacturer’s warranty. This means that for a watch, only the movement has a two-year warranty. Warranty conditions are included with the products.
